Good day all,
I'm currently using 4.6.1 (fedora 14) and every time I start up the migration tool pops up saying something (I think its address book) once I've put my password in to open my wallet for my imap agents it goes away, but then every time I open Kopete I get another one telling me the client bridge is already set up. If its already set up then why tell me about it?? I wonder if theres a setting I can change somewere?? thanks Martin |

You could put this into your ~/.kde4/share/config/kres-migratorrc
Had to do this here, too. Don't know why, but the migrator always tried to migrate "Default Address Book", resulting in about 15 new resources (one for each login), until I realised |

I just ran into this problem after upgrading my Debian oldstable/Wheezy to stable/Jessie: http://i.imgur.com/jnYyBQC.png ... Adding Enabled=false worked. I don't think I ever used KDE's addressbook before. It looks like a KDE bug and still not fixed? I tried the suggestions in https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread. ... fter-login but none of them worked. I did notice this:

The error message only says that Akonadi tried to register itself with the D-Bus session and didn't. Did you run this command from a remote session?

Ah yes, SSH2 through PuTTY. I tried it in KDE's terminal, and it didn't give out an error. Thanks. |
