I'm running kontact v 4.4.10 with kmail 1.13.6, which is the current stable release to my knowledge.

I know that kmail is supposed to show the sender's avatar (if it's set in your addressbook) in the header bar for the message, but this almost never works for me. I have several avatars set, but kmail has only shown the avatar in the message header a handful of times *ever* for me. I can't find any pattern (not for a particular sender/account/whatever).

Am I missing some configuration somewhere? Has anyone else run into this?
