I know I can export then import Google Reader feeds directly in Akregator.
but is there anyone knows some two-way sync like stars, shares, so on?
or is there any plugin can do that?

As far as I am aware, this functionality doesn't exist at this point in time. You may be able to find a syncing solution on kde-apps.org however.
