Translations ressources for kdepim module seem to be missing in stable 4.6.3 l10n packages, at least for fr. kdepimlibs and kdepim-runtime translated ressources are in the packages.

Can any one point out where to find them ? Could not find out by searching the web.

Their lack of presence is because kdepim was not released as part of KDE 4.6.3.

I would suggest taking a look at the kdepim 4.6 rc1 for possible translations.
