Hi folks.
Since upgraded to KDE 4.6.0 (Kmail 4.6.1) the favorite folder view has changed to an icon view layout. Before this has been a flat folder list view. How can one restore this view again? Displaying the favorite folders in icon view makes no sense at all, as it costs a lot of space for nothing. On a 13 inches display one can see just 2 1/2 icons when favorite folder window and email folder window are in a relation of 1/3 to 2/3 of display space in fullscreen! If this is not configurable, i did not find a configuration for that yet, I'll rather post a bug on that. Cheers, kyoshiro |

Seems it's currently not configurable but that should be easy to add.
Would probably make a nice "junior job" (easy task for people wanting to get into KDEPIM development). Cheers, _

Google is great ! 3 words and find exactly my problem.
However I am not satisfied with this icon view. Furthermore I dont know how to delete an icon when created in the favorite. I right click on an icon and "remove" is grayed out... Any idea ? Also to see my incomming box, I have to open expand my account line and the inbox folder is always the one at the bottom. No way to move this on the top (just below the mailbox description line) ? I really wish to replace thunderbird by another and especially kmail but ... I am running kmail 2.1.1, I will give a try for a while but ... |

It's not a 'new feature' request.
It's a 'can we have our old feature back' request. This used to work fine in previous versions of KDE. Sticking with Tbird ... |
