I just updated form Kdepim 4.4.10 to Kdepim 4.6.1.

In Kmail 4.4.10 I used a disconnected IMAP server on which I have the Kolab groupware folders. I used this to store my calenders and address book.

Now I would like to do the same using Kmail 4.6.1.
But when I try to add a new calender in Kontact the possibility for "Kolab Groupware Server" is grayed out.

But I have already set up a "Kolab Groupware Server" account in Kmail using the "Account Wizard".
I can see the corresponding IMAP server in Kmail. The account has the Calendar, Contacts, Notes, Tasks, etc folders in its Inbox.

What can I do to access my calendar on the IMAP server?

In former Kmail versions I always had this groupware tab in "Settings/Misc"

In Kmail 4.6.1 it is gone. Can I find these configuration options somewhere else in the Kmail 4.6.1?

Hi, your "kolab ressource" is greyed out if there is already a kolab account set up. When you added it with the accountwizard you already have that ressource activated in Kontact and no need for a second one.

Now the problem seems to be that although you have a kolab account set up with the accountwizard you do not see your Kolab folders as a calendar?

If this is the case you can check that in your imap account, when you right click on your calender folder and select folder properties, the "Folder Contents" are set to calenader.

Or do you see the kolab calenders but they appear to be empty?

Thanks for your explanations :)

No, I think I was not able to see the Kolab calendars at all.
But I can not check this right now. Since I rely on my calendar, I reverted my system to the backup I made before the update. But I am going to do the next update attempt this weekend.

I did the update again. Everything worked out like you explained.

The only confusion was the following.
First no event (resp. contact) appeared in the calendar (resp. address book). Even after rebooting. Only when I did a right click on the calendar resource and selected "Update Calendar Folder (F5)" the events appeared.
