Keyboard shortcuts for KMail

Fri Sep 09, 2011 5:59 pm
It would be great if it was possible to create keyboard shortcuts like the following:

A = Move message to Folder All (to be confirmed by Enter, i.e. Folder "All" is preselected in the Move-to dialogue)
B = Move message to Folder Blah (as above)

or alternatively

C = Move message to Folder, where the pre-selected Folder is determined based on prescribed rules

(Yes, I am a mutt user who is considering switching to kmail...)

Is s.th. like the above possible? If not, how do people move messages out of their inbox? They don't?

Thanks!
Arend
P.S.: I tried various google-searches on this question and couldn't find anything, but I apologize if I missed anything obvious, such as previous posts on this topic.)

I would suggest start looking in KMail > Settings > Configure Shortcuts.

KDE Sysadmin
