I've been using KDE ontop of archlinux and kjots as my main place to dump my thoughts.
The screen on my notebook recently started to pack in so i quickly backed-up $HOME to an external drive before RMA'ing it. All of my notes are now MIA. I have kjotsrc files but empty kjots folders. In kjots, i created all of my books & pages within akonadi_resource as i assumed that this would make them accessable elsewhere in kde. Any help on locating & recovering these would be greatly appreciated! |

the akonadi tray application (/usr/bin/akonaditray) has make backup and restore backup options
under systemsettings -> personal information -> Akonadi resources config -> select resource -> modify -> should display resource's location |
