At same point, kmail / akonadi simply stopped working. Impossible to retrieve mail, impossible to set up new accounts, impossible to do anything at all. **** happens, I thought, and followed http://blogs.kde.org/node/4503: Uninstalled akonaki-server, deleted $HOME/.local/share/akonadi and $HOME/.config/akonadi.
Re-installing and starting akonadictl, I get (as I was getting before)
What can I do to get kmail working again? Thanks, Rainer Edit: How come the mail list is entirely empty, even though an account is set up and the connection established: Edit II: Finally, some error message: Edit III: When I log in as a different user, kmail and everything else relating to akonadi seems to work perfectly. How can I cleanly un- and reinstall akonadi with all its configuration files etc for my user account? |
