I can't seem to find the option to turn on HTML decoding to read emails. Can anyone point it out for me please?
Oh, this is in KMail 4.7.3 with Kontact 4.7.3

Check the "Reading" tab of the "Security" section in "Settings", it has a checkbox for this option. There is also an option in the "Message Window" tab of the "Appearances" section to display the HTML status bar.
