I use 64-bit Fedora 16 installed from the KDE spin. I can't use any Akonadi application.
[spoiler]
What is wrong? I rely heavily on the semantic capabilities of KDE. I hope it was just a bad timing for me to move to Fedora. I have copied everything but a folder with "app"rc files and did not let any file overwrite the Fedora default configuration. Maybe the default config retention was what caused the problem. I have no understanding of the error message. Almost forgot to say that I still have the backup of data from my previous installation. Complete with GiB's of trash. |

Please remove ~/.config/akonadi/akonadiserverrc then it should start without issue. It appears that Fedora does not ship the SQLite backend you were previously using.
