Recent versions with Akonadi haven't essentially changed where things are stored. I'm not sure about KJots, but many things such as Journal and Tasks are are stored within KOrganizer.

UserBase is a better place to look for information like this - have you tried http://userbase.kde.org/KMail/FAQs_Hint ... machine.29 for the mail parts? Looking at related places for KOrganizer and KAddressBook would seem likely to give you the results you need. You should be able to work it all out from the information on that page.
