With my recent update from 4.7.4 to kde 4.8 i got a little problem with Kmail2. I used Kmail2 in 4.7.4 too.

As you can see the Inbox (Posteingang) gets grouped together with the regular folders. How can i get it grouped with the special folders again?
And at the top position if possible?
Thanks for your help.

If you open KMail > Settings > Configure KMail > Accounts > Recieving, then select your POP3 account > Modify > Advanced you should find a entry "Destination folder". Please make sure this is the correct Inbox folder.

Thanks for your help. I checked and reset all accounts. Before and after they pointed to the same mailfolder and i did receive before in that folder email.

For a test i created a folder inbox, it was created at the top of local folders above all the other standard folders. "Posteingang" and the other special folders cannot be deleted but Inbox can be deleted.

Ok, it is possible that the capitalisation of the folder initially confused KMail. At this point, either renaming your old Inbox to something else - or transferring it's contents to the new Inbox would be recommended.
