I am a novice with this information, but our company just recently installed Kleopata for our GPG encryption needs. We only use it to encrypt files to transfer via FTP.
Whenever I attempt to decrypt a file the pinentry dialogue comes up. I would like it to store our passphrase so we don't need to type it in each time. I am not familiar with how to do this. I keep reading about the GPG AGENT and I just get confused. Can anyone explain how to store passphrases using Kleopatra in order to decrypt files? |

As part of what was installed, was Gpg4Win also installed? (I suspect it will have been)
If it has, then it should contain a GPG Agent. Once a GPG Agent is running on your computer, it should take over from the Pinentry dialog and remember your password after you have entered it for the first time.
