Some trouble with Simon 0.4.1 on Windows 8 64bit.
1. Still bug with encoding filenames of training files with Russian letters (early theme viewtopic.php?f=216&t=110070). 2. In some programs with active Simon blocks keys of keyboard (often "h", "c", "/"). Close Simon and reload program solving problem. 3. Don't run programs (executable file) by trigger. Create Command, path to exe-file. When use button ("Trigger") to check command Simon show message with name trigger, but dont run program. 4. A lof of fails runs commands (when typing text, speak another words...) |

@1: More details please.
@2: Interesting. Do you use Simon to simulate key presses (text macro commands, shortcuts)? Did you identify a common theme leading up to such problems? @3: Are you implying it works when executing the command by voice? @4: Yes, that is mostly expected. You can curb the issue with a filter scenario as described in the documentation. Best regards, Peter |

1. I think It bug with dictionary. I use another model with another dictionary and now all works but anither error with encoding.
Dictionary import with KOI8-R encoding and now in folder "training.data" files save as "îòêðûòü_ëèãà_S2_2013-12-08_16-40-29.0" and when I want delete commands see error:
And if I want delete again error:
2. I'm reinstall simon and use another model, now dont see that error. 3. Yes, when executing by voice its works. 4. "Filter" in Context menu? In Handbook for filter 1 chapter only. |

1. Yeah, that's a typical character encoding issue. Please feel free to open a bug at bugs.kde.org (provide as much information as possible).
3. That is weird. Does your command also contain special characters? Could you send me your scenario? (peter ate grasch dot net) 4. Please refer to section 4.8.12 in the handbook. You can also find a pre-done setup in the "recognition control" scenario. You can also use context information to deactivate Simon if you only want the recognition active in certain situations.
