Trouble building Simon on Max OS X 10.10

Hi,
I have following the instructions posted here: https://userbase.kde.org/Simon/Development_Environment#Mac_OS_X
I'm experiencing this error below, though I know that there're solutions on Ubuntu, but not on Mac yet, will someone help explain this error and with solutions?

You will need to install Qwt using the package manager you're using (Brew, Macports, etc) to fix this.
