Simon and stdin

Fri May 08, 2015 2:23 pm
SuSE 13.1. Likely a dumb question, I've read the handbook, but how can I use Simon to output words to stdin. For example, to a Konsole command line, or my Java application? Thanks, Paul

Still flailing. Now trying Sam and starting with "Modify Simon's model". Going to "Build model" and then the "Create model" tab, with "Build model" I get the error box "The Julius related grammar tools mkfa and dfa_minimize cannot be found". dfa_minimize can be run from a Konsole command, but mkfa is not found. What to do? Thanks, Paul

Did you install Julius?

You can communicate with your application through Simon's various command plugins. Please refer to the handbook.

Best regards,
Peter
