Is Simon being maintained?

After Peter Grasch, who retired from this position a year ago [1], it's now Mario Fux [2]. Not sure how overcrowded the mailinglist [3] is, but you could try to ask questions there.

I want to continue to develop Simon (maybe as an unofficial version). But I need more information. I had try them. But it's very sad that after many days nobody reply my email. Who can help me?
