Not sure what you mean here.
What 'uninstall' button? What needs to be uninstalled?

I'm guessing he wants to use the application launcher menu to navigate to some application and then right-click -> Uninstall and have it pop open a dialog asking confirmation and/or authorization to unintall that application. (seems like something which should have been posted in the Brainstorm forum (if it hasn't been already))
