I have created an updated installer, but I don't have sufficient permission to upload it onto the server. I'll wait until that is fixed and will post here when it is up.

related to the error:
Cannot mix incompatible Qt library (version 0x40800) with this library (version 0x40704)
the search for "QtSql4.dll" file in system show:
Code: Select all
D:\Programmi\GNU\GnuPG\QtSql4.dll
v4.4.0.0, 06/05/2008, (C) 2003-2008 Trolltech ASA
D:\Programmi\FreeCAD0.10\bin\QtSql4.dll
v4.5.2.0, 31/07/2009, (C) 2009 Nokia Corporation
D:\Programmi\Mumble\QtSql4.dll
v4.7.1.0, 09/11/2010, (C) 2010 Nokia Corporation
D:\Programmi\Scribus1.4\QtSql4.dll
v4.7.3.0, 25/06/2011, (C) 2011 Nokia Corporation
D:\Programmi\Python26\Lib\site-packages\PyQt4\QtSql4.dll
v4.8.0.0, 18/12/2011, (C) 2011 Nokia Corporation

while files from Marble are:
Code: Select all
D:\Programmi\Marble\QtGui4.dll
v4.7.4.0, 14/09/2011, (C) 2011 Nokia Corporation
D:\Programmi\Marble\QtCore4.dll
v4.7.4.0, 14/09/2011, (C) 2011 Nokia Corporation

so v4.8.0.0 Python2.6 dependancies was loaded instead of the not supplied Marble v4.7.4.0 dll.

Then I tested the 1.3.4 package.
It install the right v4.7.4.0 "QtSql4.dll" file in Marble directory, and work as expected.

Anyway I noted the installation dir has another binary not present before:
D:\Programmi\Marble\bin\marble-touch.exe
and is polluted by 102 include files (389 kB) for developer only in:
D:\Programmi\Marble\include\marble\*.h
see the resulting tree below:
Code: Select all
D:\PROGRAMMI\MARBLE

Remain the trouble of no error message in the console in case of version mismatch library. As now silently fail and exit.
At least the plugin load code should be enhanced to check for error and in case show something
