Hi friends
Is there any option/way to see OSM data and names in English and not in local languages when using it in Marble? ~mohi

Does changing the application language (via Help > Switch Application Language) help?
Alternatively, try setting the environment variable "KDE_LANG" to the appropriate language code (such as en_US) and exporting it prior to launching Marble.

I assume you mean the image tile based map theme "OpenStreetMap". I made a custom map theme for that some time ago, you can give it a try like this:
Afterwards select the "OpenStreetMap (english)" map theme in Marble. You can switch to other languages than english (german, spanish, french) in the legend. The map theme is based on http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Map_ ... nalization and works as fine as stuff in openstreetmap is translated - that depends heavily on the region you're looking at. Here's a quick comparison: Default local English: |
