It should be sufficient to have the path to your Qt 5 installation in $CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH if it is not installed in any of the locations which are searched by default (includes /usr and /usr/local).

Error messages complaining about missing Qt**.cmake fails usually mean that not all Qt development packages have been installed yet. On Ubuntu-ish system, these packages provide functionality Marble uses:

sudo apt-get install libqt5webkit5-dev qttools5-dev libqt5designercomponents5 libqt5designer5 qtdeclarative5-dev qtdeclarative5-dev-tools qtquick1-5-dev qtscript5-dev qttools5-dev-tools qtbase5-dev qtbase5-dev-tools
