Hello,
My name is Pablo Sánchez and I am a spanish student (computer science). I am new in KDE forum! I would like to do my first Junior Job, so I saw the Junior Jobs list and sent a message to start a job. However I did not receive an answer. It's my first time so I don't know if this is the way to start. I am looking for some help. Thanks (and sorry about my english mistakes), Pablo |

I suggest you just start working on the issue. Maybe add a note to the bug that you're working on it, so there's no duplicated work.
"Unconfirmed" is the status a bug is in after it was reported. When someone involved with the project sees the bug, he usually either decides to set it to Confirmed, which means "I agree that this is something which should be done", or resolves it in some way, by marking it as a duplicate, as already fixed upstream, or as an invalid report (not reproducable / wish not in the scope of the project / not a bug / ...). However not all projects do this immediately, so bugs are often left as "Unconfirmed" for a while. So, as said, don't wait for someone to tell you you can work on it, just start doing things and submit a patch. Greetings, Sven
I'm working on the KDevelop IDE.

Please note that once you have a patch, you probably want to submit it on Reviewboard instead of Bugzilla - as Reviewboard tends to be monitored more closely for patches compared to Bugzilla.
