Hello,

I am Jose and I am working on the design of a widget based on Marble for routing. I want to use MoNav backend because it works offline and we do not want to use an Internet connection. Using Marble interface I can use MoNav without problem, but I don't know how I can programme the C++ code to use MoNav. When I try to use that the software crash.

Any idea?

Hi Jose,

have you looked at our basic-routing example in the marble repository [1]? When you add the line
Code: Select all
    mapWidget->model()->setWorkOffline(true);

you tell the Marble widget to only use offline data, including routing and map data. Is this what you want?

Greetings,
Bernhard

Configuring Marble to use Monav only from C++ is possible. Do you have a backtrace / code snippet to look at to find out why it crashes?
