There is here (Germany) in the next day (next Friday) a public performance of our town administration concerning the next new circulations plan for cars, bike, etc with discussion with the press and with the habitants of the town and responsable delegated by organizations (ADFC is coming).
I suppose that maps etc. will be use and that a PC with projections viewer is available.
But no information concerning OS / software...
I can bring my smart phone to make alternative propositions but, hm, a smart phone for a lot of people!
I can bring a USB-memory with a portable app and gpx-tracks to show them out the available PC of the organizator of the performance...
But is marble is somewhat like a portable app?
And how to load the Hike and Bike map ad hoc without internet (also from the USB memory)?
