Hello,
I'm running one globe desktop (which is really nice btw . I have set the layer to OSM, but the display is all pixelized (see http://susepaste.org/80018189). From Marble I'm used to a smooth (like with vector graphics) display, is this also possible on the desktop? I already tried changing the quality settings, but this just changes the size of the pixels, so it gets a little better. Another problem I noticed when I scroll in (zoom in) all to the max, plasma hangs or even crashes and then the globe is locked, you can't scoll out or move. Any clues? |

Does this pixelation appear when you use overlays other than OSM? Also, could you please repost your screenshot - it appears to have expired.

There are also some pixels in the other maps, but its different since they are actually based on (raster) images, whereas OSM is only data and can be displayed as vector images. |

I see. As this uses Marble componentry quite a bit, i'm going to move this to the Marble forum to see if the Marble devs have any idea why the Plasma wallpaper variant would be displaying the OSM map incorrectly.
