Hi!

I'd like to download the map of one city using the "region download" but I want the best tiles level (19) while the GUI allows only to download 1-16 levels.


Can I do it? Even by code...

I think this is hardcoded as OSM does not allow it: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tile_usage_policy#Bulk_Downloading.
