Hi.

Recently I started using Marble, great application for track planning. But I have some issues and I hope you can help me.
I make some routes and then I save them as GPX file on desktop. Later I can open those files in Marble or on my smartphone.

1. On desktop, when I open that file, aside from main route there is second route (measure points) which makes route vague (those blue lines):

When I open GPX file on smartphone (GPX Viewer) there are also two tracks. Why is Marble saving two tracks? How can I get rid of one of them and left only this red route?

2. How can I edit route after exporting it to desktop and opening again later? When I open GPX file there is only those two routes and no starting points, and I can't change the route.

3. Is there any way to sort my bookmarks alphabetically?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

One route is the real track, the other one are the waypoints.

You can split them up with http://www.routeconverter.de/home for example. I usually open the kml file from Marble, select Track from the Position List and Type dropdown on the right and export to a GPX file via the Position list menu. Maybe naming is wrong, let me know if it works - otherwise I can take a look in the evening how the exact procedure was...
