Is there a way to disable the auto zoom and auto center when loading a kml?

I am using pykde4.marble, with the addgeodatafile function.

Today I added a signal/slot to catch zoomChanged.

Now that I have this, I am not seeing the behaviour of the auto zooming.

I was posturizing that the zoom was related to the placemark type of kml.
But maybe not...
