Marble 2.2.0 x86 and x64 don't work with some standard maps, namely Plain Map or Political Map. The other maps (Atlas, Precipitation, etc) work.

It was a bug that has been fixed recently:

The fix will be in KDE Applications 17.08.0 (to be released on August 17th).
I think that's Marble 2.3.0 then, but I can't tell you when a Windows version will be available.

I'd have compiled Marble myself; however, there is a bug in Qt that doesn't allow static linking. =(

Might I ask if there somebody who can compile the latest Marble for Windows and publish it for testing purposes?
