installing marble for windows 7

Hello,
I tried to build and install marble based on the instructions given here https://github.com/albar965/marble/blob/master/INSTALL While I can run cmake successfully, upon running make, I get "make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop." Why might this be happening? Thank you |
