I have a dell Latitude 7214 laptop with built in UBLOX, GEN2 GPS, and would like to find a way to get Marble to locate me on a map using the built in GPS. Ideally I'd like to be able to download offline maps and use it when hiking, fishing, and back country exploring.

Any help appreciated, I've done a bit of searching and looks like I have to get a background program to make this happen just not sure what one, or how to get things setup.

Current OS is Ubuntu 18.10
I am running Gnome 3.30.1 would be willing to change if necessary
