Suppose one needs to create a two-dimensional non-geographical map, with a simple coordinate reference system, just x and y. Of some fictional world, say from The Lord of the Rings, or for a computer game. Or maybe for some large building, a mall perhaps.

Is it possible to do it with Marble? Or is it suitable only for geographical maps of celestial bodies?
