Hello,
I am testing Marble on windows (Version 0.8.0 is distributed).
It looks really great. I have one problem, though.

After setting the proxy (http) can still not conncet and zoom to places.

Do you have any help for me?

Thanks in advance,
Timmie

Where did you set the proxy? In Marble itself?

Chris: No, just looking at the preference dialog doesn't cut it. You need to remove the "http://" from the proxy input line if it gets suggested by Marble. That has been a bug with prior Marble versions. So instead of writing http://myproxy.company.com just write myproxy.company.com. That's what the FAQ suggests above and that's the problem that people usually run into.
