I started today with KDevelop 4.3.0 under KDE 4.8.1 and I'm using the PHP plugin. Before, I worked with eclipse, but this software is too slow.

Now my question. If I work on the code, how can I see with files I changed?

Change since what? Since your last commit? If you use git, use "right click on project -> git -> show differences". If you use another version control system, use the appropriate function there.

I use SVN for PHP. First I Update the files to my computer, than I can modify some files. But the modified files are not maked? If I changes some files from a project, how can I see my last changed files from my comupter?

svn diff? or use the vcs changes toolview, that should also show these things
