Kdevelop on windows

Tue Apr 17, 2012 3:09 am
Hi everyone,

I've searching for kdevelop on windows. I'm starting developping c++ on linux, but sometime I need windows, especially for my teamate s who use windows only. I cannot found it in the kde installer. If I have to compile it, where can I found a tutorial? Can I make the exe portable to other computer?

you should ask the kde-on-windows people (e.g. via their mailing list) on how to compile it on windows since none of the kdevelop developers use windows.

For people finding this thread at a later time, there are now official Windows builds available on kdevelop.org.

I'm working on the KDevelop IDE.
