install svn plugin kdevelop

Hi, I am a newbie in kdevelop.

Please, I need a plugin to connect to a svn server.
These are my setting:
- Ubuntu 9
- Kdevelop Version 3.9.95 (using KDevPlatform 0.9.95)
Using KDE 4.3.5 (KDE 4.3.5)

I installed kdesvn but I dont know what to do now.

I also need to know how to install any plugin.
