Using KDE Development Platform 4.8.5 (4.8.5)
programming language: C

I wonder how I can generate doxygen from my project (if there is a way to do it from kdevelop)

Do you want to write comments in the doxygen format (there's a tool for that, called "Document declaration") or generate actual HTML or similar pages from your code base? For the latter, KDevelop has no support.
