The Run toolview becomes overloaded

Thu Oct 03, 2013 6:48 am
Hello!

If I press Shift+F9 many times, the Run toolview becomes overloaded with tabs containing the execution results. I wonder if there any keyboard shortcut to close them (I can see only the button that I must press with mouse, that is not comfortable) or an option to output the result into the one single tab?

There has been ongoing discussion about a "close all" button being added to this view. There's even a review-request for just exactly that in the pipe-line.

Here it is: https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/104611/ - Let me try to get this into master soonish.

Yeah we have had that topic a few times. My preferred solution would be to have a new launch always replace the old tab, and a "Lock" button you can click to keep a particular tab and have the next launch create a new one instead.

I'm working on the KDevelop IDE.
