Is it possible to give a working set a name?

This would be useful as that way I could remember what I was doing with each set of files.

No, it's not currently possible. See https://mail.kde.org/pipermail/kdevelop ... hread.html though for a quite long recent discussion on working sets and their identification -- feel free to post your ideas to the thread.
