File->New from template complains

If it does, then it looks definitely wrong. You could try running "rm -r /home/krzysztof/.kde/share/apps/kdevappwizard/" and then try again. Other than that, I can't really help, I'm not sure what's wrong.

That should be a dependency of KDevelop. I'm working on the KDevelop IDE.
