Hi,

I am a new Linux (Mint 16) user and I have just installed KDevelop 4.5.1 from the Synaptic Package Manager.

I want to install the KDevelop QML/JS Plugin, the Css Language Plugin and the XML/HTML Language Plugin.

How do I install these Plugins?

Why is there no documentation for this?

Those plugins are unstable and not officially supported (except maybe the QML/JS plugin which is under very active development). You can install them, but you have to build them from source. Documentation is here: http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/KDevelop4/HowToCompile
