I was curious if it was possible to upload on save with KDevelop?

You'll need to check where to get kdev-upload (maybe it's packaged on your distro).

Or just use the ftp KIO slave and open your files directly from ftp. Maybe not the most advisable development strategy, but it should work.

I'm working on the KDevelop IDE.
