I am using kdevelop 5.0.3, and there's a feature I miss from my old IDE, is the abilty to have the local files automatically saved on a remote server, I see that there is the option to execute on a remote host on the launch settings (see image)


But is there any option to work locally and autosend the files to a remote on every save/autosave? I haven't tested specifically on kdevelop, but the times I used sshfs I found it being unconfortably slow.

I was looking into it, and I found lsyncd (https://github.com/axkibe/lsyncd), it looks just like what I needed (local working dir with inotify change tracking and automate copy), did anyone tried this?
