Hi I want Kdevelop to show white spaces in the beginning of a line.
Now I can show trailing white spaces but I think there is not any option to show all the white spaces. Here is the picture of KDevelop with showing trailing white spaces: I would like something like this: How can I do that? |

I can't understand philosophy behind showing only trailing white spaces. I think showing leading white spaces is more important than trailing ones. Because they are necessary for checking indentations.

KDevelop does show indentation, see the line immediately below your cursor. It also shows tab characters, so all the information is there. |

I just want KDevelop to show the space characters.

The philosophy is that you will notice wrong leading whitespace anyways because your code is misindented (lines not aligned optically; indent lines don't look correct), while trailing whitespace is completely invisible. I understand your wish and it's a valid idea, but kdevelop just doesn't have this feature at the moment.
I'm working on the KDevelop IDE.
