Hi, Thanks for your help.

I would like to use the KDevelop debugging IDE (using GDB) to debug a program that has its input piped to it.

When not debugging I run the "app" like so:
cat input_file.txt | ./app
or
./app < input_file.txt

From inside KDevelop I have tried using "run < input_file.txt" from the "GDB cmd:" window, however when doing so it doesn't seem to hit my breakpoints. However it does run and take "input_file.txt" as stdin.

Is there away to setup this configuration from the "Configuration Launcher"? If so how would I set it up?

I'm running KDevelop 5.3.1

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Stewart
