Hi,

I'm on FreeBSD v11.3 with:

kde5-5.16.3.19.04.3 KDE Plasma Desktop and Applications (current)
kdevelop-5.3.3 Plugin extensible IDE for KDE
kdevelop-pg-qt-2.2.0 Parser-generator from KDevplatform

I'm primarily using Kdevelop for C++ projects and are having this annoying behavior. I've tested some of the options for the editor in the IDE UI, but failed to disable or change this mouse scroll behavior.

Please notice that the page does not jump to the cursor if I am scrolling down towards it, either does this happen in other editors such as Kwrite for instance. Kwrite is consistent in up/down and does not jump to the cursor.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
