I'm currently investigating whether I am going to change from Clion to Kdevelop as my primary IDE. So far it's cool. But..
Each time I run a program (shift+F9) a new output view, which I find annoying. I prefer that the output view is cleared and reused.

Is it possible to switch this behaviour off? I've searched in several forums and in the tool. But in vain.

I tried the Use External Terminal". This opened a external console as expected but also yet another output view. Why?
