Python autocomplete work really well with the standard library but for third party libraries like opencv it don’t work at all so any help ?!?

For 3rd-party packages which are not written in Python, completion is sometimes hard to provide. You can try generating something from the package's runtime information by using the "Generate" button in "Configure KDevelop -> Language Support -> Python Documentation".
