i want to compile kdevelop with the flags used by clear linux and the LTO and PGO flags;

but kdevelop has a lot of plugins and i think that even the compiling flags for kdevelop itself are not in the cmake file that in the root of the kdevelop folder;

so how can i change the kdevelop and the kdevelop plugins flags to my desired flags and by changing here i mean adding;
